Why we started
Scalp health and hair condition are treated as separate categories, sold by separate brands, in separate aisles. In practice they belong to one routine, performed by one person, in front of one mirror. YULEE was founded in the United States to design for that routine — not for the shelf.
What we actually make
A scalp comb that delivers serum and 630nm red light at the same time. A two-in-one ceramic iron that straightens and curls without a second tool. Each one exists because we could not find a version we were willing to use ourselves.
How we specify
We publish the wavelength, the noise level, the voltage range and the temperature steps — because those are the numbers that decide whether a tool works. If a claim cannot be measured, we do not print it. This is also why our product pages look shorter than most: we would rather say five true things than twenty impressive ones.
What we promise after the sale
Every instrument carries a two-year warranty and is supported from Wilmington, Delaware. If something fails in normal use, we replace it. If a product is not right for you, it can be returned unused within thirty days. Long-term retail is built on the second purchase, not the first.
