What is covered

• Failure of the motor, heating element, LED array or charging circuit in normal use
• Battery that no longer holds a usable charge within the warranty period
• Manufacturing defects in the housing, hinge or plate coating
• Dead-on-arrival units, including damage caused in transit

What is not covered

• Normal wear of consumable parts (bristle tips, grinding heads, cables)
• Damage from dropping, water ingress into a non-waterproof product, or use outside the rated voltage
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect function
• Products bought from unauthorised resellers

How a claim works

1. Email care@yuleehair.cn with your order number, a description of the fault and a short video or photograph.
2. We confirm eligibility within one business day.
3. We collect the faulty unit at our cost and ship a replacement, or refund you if the model is out of stock.

Your statutory rights

This warranty sits alongside — and does not replace — your rights under US consumer protection law. Where the two differ, the more favourable protection applies.
