Delivery

Free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum spend.

Standard (contiguous US): 2–5 business days, free
Expedited: 1–2 business days, quoted at checkout
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 4–7 business days, quoted at checkout

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day usually leave our warehouse the same day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Returns

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping on faulty items; for change-of-mind returns, a prepaid label is provided and the cost is deducted from the refund.

For hygiene reasons, a scalp comb or styling iron that has been used on the hair cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns must be unused. Faulty items are always covered — see the warranty below.

How to start a return

Email care@yuleehair.cn with your order number and the reason for the return.
We reply within one business day with a prepaid label or collection instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the item arriving back with us.

Warranty

Every YULEE instrument carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails in normal use, we repair or replace it. Full terms are on the warranty page.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product before opening it further and contact us the same day. We ship a replacement immediately and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
